We absolutely loved the retreat! The staff was super friendly and the property is very pretty and clean. Our room was very comfortable! The only trouble we ran into was online it said our credit card hold would be 100 but it was actually 100 at booking and then an additional 250 hold once we arrived. This was well over double what we actually paid for the room.

The stay was pleasant but there are some issues. No spa or room service as advertised. There was no phone or microwave in the room. The floor was a concern because it was settling in places causing the floor tiles to break or lift presenting a slight trip hazard. We booked the hotel because it's altitude was at 6,000 feet making it cooler than the desert below for late spring. It was also quiet and serene with the majestic cliffs out front. So even with its draw backs we enjoyed our stay.
