A very clean, well kept place near everything! There were plenty of towels, which I have run into as a problem at some rentals. There was a coffee pot with filters and some coffee. There is ice in freezer. One tv that works but that was good enough for us. The layout and furniture worked great for our family. Two things wished for was one by my teen who would have liked shades for upstairs but there are too many windows to cover for my vampire that likes to sleep in. And a king bed in master with an extra cushion for those of us that need super soft beds. But both those are personal preferences not a complaint.The hot tub was great, parking even greater and distance to downtown and ski hill are sooo close! I would book again.

Christmas in Breck

Great place to stay in Breck. This is my third time visiting Breckinridge and has been my favorite place so far. Love the easy access to and from the mountain and the cozy condo with great views of the mountain and town.

Just what we needed

This place was fantastic. Excellent location and the size was perfect for our large group. Kitchen is well stocked (even with coffee filters and coffee), everything was in great condition. Will definitely book again for our next ski vacation

Spring ski trip

Great place to stay for a few days of spring skiing! Loved the 3 separate sleeping areas and the three full bathrooms. Very comfortable and spacious living space! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Skied two days and liked the short walk to gondola but then skied back at 4oclock run. Short walk back into town for restaurants. Loved the 3 full baths. Would stay again. Cheers! Mike.

Great spot!

The pictures don’t do it justice, it was perfect for our group, and so beautiful! We used the hot tub every day after skiing and through talking to other people staying there realized we could ski 4 O’clock all the way down to our building! I would only suggest that there be a map of the buildings provided before checkin as it was a little tough to understand where we needed to go. We are absolutely staying here again when we come back to Breckenridge :)

Great location and value for skiing Breck

Four of us came to ski Breck for the first time and were very happy with finding this unit. The ski in, gondola out description is accurate - with a little walking (two blocks?) which we were happy to do. There is easy access to the town, to busses, and a great view both during the day and at night. The unit was well-supplied and clean. The only disappointment (mild) was the grill was a little distant which really limited our ability to have sizzling steaks. That issue aside, it was great!

Nice unit great location

I've stayed in Breck during ski season numerous times. This unit is in a great location being just a block from Main St. and very close to being ski in/out. Although you can take the bus out front, I enjoyed walking the short distance to Gondola in the morning to reach peak 8. You can ski back on 4 o'clock and arrive very close to the unit at the end of the day. Unit is large and comfortably slept the 5 of us, however, it could sleep 8. The only downside would be having 1 parking pass if you had a larger group with two vehicles. The only overnight parking in Breck is by the airport if you had 2 vehicles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the kitchen sink clogged then repaired and the master bedroom mirror was very dirty, the overall stay was truly great. The unit location was perfectly situated to town and to the Gondola. Everything literally in walking distance. The Ski back to the condo was a plus and was fun. Access to the amenities was easy. The only improvement recommendation is to place more window coverings up. The view is tremendous but in the morning the sun is blinding at times when in kitchen and dining area. I definitely want to rent the unit again next year in January again.

The condo was beautiful!Clean, well stocked and so cozy. Our family stayed, 19yr old son and 16 year old daughter- the loft and 2nd bedroom with 3 bathrooms was a dream to get ready in the morning. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day (it too was clean and toasty hot!). I love how the management checked in on us, a great touch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Skill Hill 32 for a long weekend with our girls. The Condo itself was very nicely appointed and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved the fact that it was literally a 3-5 min walk into town for everything. Loved opening the windows surrounding the dining/living room for the fresh air during the day. Pool and Hot Tub was a nice plus as well. Would definitely stay here again.
