This studio is a peaceful retreat located just a 1-minute walk from the beach, within a quiet complex featuring a swimming pool.
As a lover of nature and local culture, I designed this space for a relaxing getaway far from the crowds.

Live an authentic Mexican experience in the heart of a peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

✨ The beach at your feet: The studio's greatest asset is its privileged location just 90 meters from the beach (1-minute walk). It is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean as soon as you wake up, without needing a car or taxi.

✨ The La Peñita Malecón: Only 300 meters away, you reach the Malecón (the boardwalk). It is the essential meeting place to admire sunsets, stroll in the evening, or observe local life.

✨ Village life & Amenities: The center of La Peñita is within walking distance. You will find everything you need: shops, pharmacies, and an excellent selection of local and international restaurants.

✨ The Market (Tianguis): Nearby, the famous Thursday weekly market transforms the neighborhood into a festival of colors, crafts, and local flavors.

✨ Proximity to Guayabitos: For more excitement, the lively beach of Rincón de Guayabitos is only a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute taxi ride away.

Everything in the village is within walking distance, but to explore the region:

✨ Taxis: Very affordable and quickly available (local rides between 20 and 40 pesos).

✨ Public Transport: Minibuses (colectivos) pass regularly to take you to Guayabitos or Los Ayala.

✨ Adventures: Direct buses allow you to visit Sayulita, San Pancho, or Puerto Vallarta.

✨ Arrival: Puerto Vallarta Airport is approximately 60 minutes away by car/Uber or 1 hour and 15 minutes by bus.
