Ocean Edge Condo with Guest Passes to Pool, Golf, and Sports available!

Escape to this quaint garden home in picturesque Brewster. With 2 bedrooms including a cozy queen bed and charming twin beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, WiFi, and AC during your stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and air fryer, as well as a grill and outdoor patio seating. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Guests have access to Pools, Golf Course, and Sports (for an added fee). Host Fee includes cleaning, linens, soap, shampoo, and dish soap. Guest passes are available for purchase through Ocean Edge. We are golf members so our guests are able to book tee times at the OE Golf Course (subject to availability). This condo is located in Eaton Village and is about ½ mile from the Arbor pool (outdoor pool with bar/snack shack) and less than ½ mile to the Fletcher Pool (indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, snack shack). See below for 2025 cost and description of guest passes.

As Golf Club Membership owners our guests are able to book tee times at the Ocean Edge Golf Course. We are able to offer our guests the option to obtain passes to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Mansion Fitness Center and all scheduled activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide, along with use of the Ocean Edge shuttle service. The condo is located in Eaton Village and is less than ½ mile from the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Center which contains both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a separate kiddie pool for small children. The Arbor pool, which is an outdoor pool with a bar and snack shack, is also about ½ mile away.

Pool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at $27 daily or $80 per week for adults and $14 daily or $40 per week for children (2025 rates- may be changed). The passes DO NOT include access to the private beach. However, there are several local public beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. Tennis courts are also available at Ocean Edge, but there is a fee for court rental. During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly. Day activities (some may require fees) are offered for kids five days a week. The resort also has restaurants, all located on the route of the shuttle service.

Had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a few questions about the resort amenities leading up to our stay, and the host was super helpful and communicative. The condo was comfortable and great for our family. We would definitely stay again.

The unit was excellent with everything you could possible need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook or BBQ. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The location was great for traveling up and down the coast. We didn't make use of the pool or golf course but plan to in the next visit. I would highly recommend staying here. the area is beautiful. The only thing that would have been a little better is if there were more bath towels and wash cloths to use even though there is a washer and dryer available.

We absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer made our stay so convenient. It was not only clean but also aesthetically very pleasing. We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Edge Resort, with bike rides to Cobies directly from the Ocean Edge condo to the Rail Trail to lobster rolls. The Lynx is wonderful for a drink at the bar and dinner at the restaurant. The condo itself had plenty of room, great wifi for working remotely and lovely neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive to any questions about the condo or facilities.

Comfortable and Renovated Property

My family stayed here for 3 nights. The unit is nicely updated and conveniently located on the Ocean Edge Resort’s satellite property where the golf course, pools, and some other amenities are located. It’s a short 5 minute drive to the main lodge which has a great front lawn for families. The unit had a significant ant issue that was manageable but would have been a problem if we were staying there for a longer stretch. The owners were very responsive for other question or issues we had.
