Located just three blocks from the beach and nestled along a scenic golf course between the 4th green and 5th tee box, this expansive double-lot property offers everything you need for a perfect vacation.

KEY FEATURES:

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS: (5) large, spacious bedrooms with new mattresses (sleeping for 14 people). Each room has a large smart TV and long mirror!

BATHROOMS: Master bathroom, hall bathroom, and downstairs powder room, outdoor shower

BRAND NEW: Brand-new furniture, brand new mattresses, appliances, and a fresh paint job throughout the home.

ENTERTAINMENT: (8) flat screen smart TVs with and a converted (HEATED & COOLED) two-car garage entertainment space with TV and couch for an additional hangout area! Two arcade game including Golden Tee and Pac-Man

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Newly renovated in-ground **heated saltwater pool, large outdoor shower, and extra-large front, side, and rear yards for lots of entertaining outside. Grill and fire pit on backyard patio for guest use. **Heating of pool carries an additional charge**

SPACIOUS DINING AREAS: Big dining room table seating for 10+, and a kitchen table for 8+ overlooking the living space with seating for 12.

Security: There are two cameras pointed at the gates to the backyard. This is for safety. They do not record anything in the backyard. There is one garage door keypad camera. Similar to a ring doorbell camera. This is also for safety and records the driveway.

The house was clean and perfect for a large group. Pool and backyard were well kept, including the outdoor shower. Video games and hangout area in garage was a nice break from the sun. The host was very communicative and accommodating, looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful home, just as described. Please note: house does not come with sheets or towels, you must bring your own. Owner is quick to reply.

We visited the beach house at the end of June, the home was very clean and well organized. 5 bedrooms were perfect for a large group. The kids and adults feel in love with the beautiful pool and spent many hours in the large back yard. Our host made sure we had everything we might need. We can’t wait to return next year.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. The pool was such a great addition to enjoying the beach and was such a quiet neighborhood. We have been to Brigantine for over 30 years and would definitely rent this house again.
