This modern smart residence sits on Biscayne Boulevard, placing you within walking distance of Downtown Miami’s top attractions. You're just 5 minutes from the Kaseya Center, Bayside Marketplace, and a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots.
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo (1,150 sq ft) blends modern style with resort-like comfort, making it the perfect choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
The open-concept living area is professionally designed for both elegance and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances—glass-top stove, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, cookware, and utensils—ideal for home-cooked meals.
The dining area seats six and leads to a private balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Unwind in the living room with a full-size sofa bed and Smart TV for your entertainment.
Bedroom details:
Master Suite: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct balcony access.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony access.
Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed, closet, and private bathroom. For your convenience, we provide fresh linens, towels, extra bedding for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.
Check-In Instructions & Amenities Overview
– The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person. The only additional payment you may incur is for valet parking, which is optional and only charged if used.
Upon arrival, please visit the front desk, present your valid ID (guests must be 21+ to check in), and provide your unit number to complete registration.
Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a heated pool with all-day sunlight—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. Stay active in the state-of-the-art, two-story fitness center with panoramic city views.
Relax on the spacious outdoor deck, featuring plenty of comfortable seating areas.

Relax with included towel service, high-speed Wi-Fi, beachside restrooms, and two beach chairs with an umbrella—all at no extra cost. Valet parking is available on-site, and extra chairs or umbrellas can be rented upon arrival for added comfort.
Additional beach gear is available for rent. Don’t miss the poolside bar, offering refreshing drinks in a tropical setting. We won't be available in person but will be there if needed. We are always a message away for anything you need.
