Fantastic suburban neighborhood with 24/7 security guards and cameras. With a 0 crime rate giving residents a sense of calm and ease. Great schools, close to places to jog, or pedal. Proximity and access to Iloilo Central business park, medical care, close to public transport, churches, nearby nightlife and entertainment and walkability to markets, shopping, restaurants, parks and other amenities in the neighborhood.
