Escape to paradise in this stunning single-family home, perfectly positioned between Naples' two top beaches approx 1 mile away: Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach, recently ranked one of Florida's top 10 beaches. Take a short bike ride or stroll to either beach and soak up the sun.

This beautifully updated and furnished home boasts an open-concept living and dining area, a screened lanai, and a saltwater pool perfect for relaxation. The three bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, including two king-size beds with premium mattresses and a bunk room with full-size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. Plus, a king-size bed is hidden in a comfy pull-out couch in the living room.

The outdoor space is designed for entertaining, with new furnishings, a gas fire pit, and a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker. Enjoy al fresco dining, cocktails, or simply lounging in the hammock. The heated pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Just a 5-minute drive takes you to Mercato, with its upscale shopping, Whole Foods, and top-notch dining options. Golf enthusiasts will love the nearby Tiburon Golf Club at The Ritz, featuring two 18-hole Greg Norman-designed courses open to the public.

Absolutely Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect house for our family. The backyard was amazing and we had a lot of fun memories out there. The house was very clean and they really paid attention to detail (kitchen well stocked, lots of towels, organizers in the drawers). Communication was fast and excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Everything for a wonderful family holiday

Close to everything we needed, located on the quiet 500-block of Naples Park, the house provided everything for a wonderful family holiday. We cooked a number of meals at home, and enjoyed eating either inside at the large dining table or outside at the new round table with comfortable chairs for six. We liked the open layout of the kitchen and dining/living room. The two teenagers and four adults in our family felt that the three bedrooms with comfortable beds and the two bathrooms provided plenty of space and worked well for us. We would love to return in the future.

Awesome House

We cook all our meals so we really appreciated the grill and all the cookware, etc in the kitchen. The management was amazing. My texts and questions were answered immediately. They have good attentions to detail. They even had nightlights! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The screened in pool was a relaxing haven after a day of outings.

Great neighborhood

We stayed in this property in February 2024 and it lived up to the hype. Bikes in the garage and beach chairs. Pool was great.

Christmas Getaway

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house had everything you could need/think of. House was beautiful and clean. Check in was super easy and property manager checked in by text on our travel day, check in, during our stay and responded quickly to questions. Location was great for walking and going to the beach. Plenty of places in the area for shopping and dining and we golfed every day.

Beautiful and Clean home

This house was amazing. Super clean and in a great neighborhood. The beds and pillows were super comfy too! The landscaping was very tropical which made the pool even more enjoyable! The house was well equipped with beach essentials! It was a short drive to Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. Get there early as there are only two lots open. Conner Park is also another parking option that is a short walk. My kids enjoyed the hammock and bikes. Streets are under construction in Naples Park but not this one. Great communication with property manager although we never needed anything! Perfect house for our family of 4!

Bedding/pillows had some questionable stains. All the lights outside needed to be replaced and pool had non functioning Jets/lights. At the end, the cleaning people were outside 2 hours before regular checkin and consistently asking when would be leaving. The property had great prep for beach usage and the area was beautiful. Biggest issue is paying that much for so many issues.

Took our yearly girls trip (ages 40+) and had a great stay here. Very clean, pool was perfect, close to lots of Naples restaurants and beaches.

Hidden Gem

The villa was presented immaculately on arrival spotless the welcome pack is a nice touch especially if you arrive late. The villa is located in a great area with many restaurants in close proximity, a Walmart and Public on the doorstep. This made our short stay after a hectic 8 days in NewYork and Orlando even more special. I will be recommending Live right to all my family and friends
