Location, Location, Location. The perfect balance between walkability, comfort and peace! This oasis is cozy yet spacious, ideally located in North Boulder on a cul-de-sac along a lovely path that leads to stunning greenspace surrounding Wonderland Lake in the Rocky Mountain Foothills. Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, including locally owned Lucky's Market, Cafe and Bakeshop, as well as to hiking trails leading right up into the Foothills. Spot deer on your sunset stroll. This sanctuary of a home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Pearl Street!
MAIN FLOOR:
-Tranquil, bright living room looking out onto the backyard and walking path.
-55” TV above the fireplace. Log in using your personal Netflix, Prime video, etc… account
-Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, with a large Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stovetop, brand new Bosch oven and Bosch dishwasher.
-Dining room is perfect for family dinners.
-Hardwood floors are newly refinished.
SECOND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom suite is large, bright and private, with vaulted ceilings, large wood-framed windows. Plenty of closet space.
-Master bathroom is lovely and bright with double sinks, bathtub and separate shower.

I was a Boulder resident for 33 years before moving to Seattle. My home has been a sanctuary and I want to share that feeling with others. I love traveling and find it comforting when I'm able to rent a place that has character and is clean with the amenities I look for. I strive for others to have that at my house.

Location is everything in Boulder and being west of Broadway in north Boulder you have walking access to hiking trails, restaurants, market, coffee shops and more. It's north of Pearl street (5 minute drive), just far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood without the noise of downtown.

The house is decorated with items from my travels to places like Africa, Cambodia, Bali, India, Japan and more. You will feel like you stepped into a sanctuary.
