Welcome to the South Suite, the most secluded and independent accommodation within our desert villa. Designed for guests who value privacy, this suite is physically separated from the main residence, ensuring a quiet, exclusive stay with all the essentials!

🍳 Kitchenette: Mini‑fridge, microwave, and cooktop for light meals.

🧺 Convenience: Full‑size washer and dryer available in an external laundry area.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the South Suite.



• Any indoor areas are private and securely locked.

• Guests may access external laundry located separately on the property.



The Neighborhood:

A peaceful mountain retreat away from the bustle of Tucson, yet conveniently near Oracle Road for great dining and shopping. Semi-private hiking trails start just steps from the property.



Getting Around:

The suite is at the end of a long driveway on N. Marne Place, drive carefully, as it is one-way.

Parking: One designated spot is provided in front of the sign labeled South Wing Suite.



Transportation options: car, Uber, or Lyft are recommended.



Other Things to Note:

🚗 Parking: Space for one vehicle; please park in front of the sign labeled South Wing Suite.

🏠 Shared Property: Owner resides in the main villa. All private areas are locked, with soundproofing for guest comfort.

🛋️ Commons Room: Guests may use the shared commons room for meetings, seating, or quiet relaxation. This space is guest‑managed, cleaned weekly, and may be used by other guests or the owner.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.
