Kick back and relax in our spacious, freshly renovated home in beautiful Carrollwood with renovated kitchen and bathrooms, bottle of wine (from us) and all the comforts of home.
We're just a short drive from Tampa International Airport and only 25 minutes from Downtown, Clearwater Beach & 30 minutes from St Pete Beach!
The home is tucked away in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while still being close to everything.
What You'll Love:
Room for up to 9 guests
Super fast Wi-Fi & workspace
Family & business travel friendly
Free parking on the left channel/side of the house
High-end, safe neighborhood (literally our neighbor is a police officer)
Whether you're here for sunshine, work, or a little bit of both—we’ve got you covered. We’d love to host you!
House has a tiny unit next to the house with it's private entrance - won't even noted it's there (promise) - please park on the left channel/side of the driveway.
No parties allowed or will be fined and removed from the property with appropriate authorities.
We believe to guarantee a cleaning and healthy environment for all our guests smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in the property.
Although we love pets, no pets are allowed.
Otherwise $250 fine fee will be applied to account.
There are security cameras outside for everyone's safety.
