The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We are one street over from the brand new Yueling Tampa Campus which includes the Yueling Draft Haus and Kitchen. We are minutes from Busch Gardens, USF, Adventure Islands and tons of eateries.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom. There are two living rooms for your family or friends to relax with space and enjoy movies on a 60 inch roku TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite meals which you can enjoy on the black sleek dinning room table.

Additional sleeping spaces include a sofa couch and a quality queen size air matress with full linen.

This was a great place to stay cute house and great location for me and my family. Owner sure made the house feel like it was our home. The location of the house was close to the location we needed to be and one neighbor was just so sweet and was willing to answer any questions we had about places to go or eat thank you so much

Nice property close to Busch Gardens

Many updates in the home. Had almost everything we needed. No blow dryer or shampoo. Close to Busch Gardens. You can’t beat it for the price.

USF Visit

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our visit, spacious and nicely decorated. Water pressure could be better and could not find remote for master bedroom tv, but all in all, it met our needs.

We rented to attend my sons graduation from FSU. Home clean and comfortable, but could use more kitchen essentials. Home had no butter knives or dishwasher soap. But other then that was very nice.

Nice Spacious Home

We booked this location as it was my daughter's 19th birthday and we had family and friends came in as a surprise. We ended up not having enough room for everyone so I booked this so my family had somewhere nice and comfortable to stay. The accomidations were great and everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to move around the house. The communication was great and we had no issues throughout the weekend we stayed. Would definitely book this home again if needed.

This is a very old property with a lot of issues. Air Conditioning did not work well. The bunk bed in the guest room does not fit - no one would be able to sleep on the top bunk - the ceiling fan is literally inches from it. There were a lot of palmetto bugs and roaches. We weren’t able to sleep there the second night because of it. The location from Busch Gardens is great but the place is pretty much a dump.

Great Stay with some “to do” for the next guests

Overall, the VRBO host was great and the house was in a great location to where we needed to be. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and there were swarms of bugs at night (this is a Florida thing and they definitely are attracted to light), but I think a pest control service and the cleaning service spending a deep clean for inside drawers and cabinets would be worthwhile. The beds were fine and the towels were soft. Appliances and TVs were great, too.

We definitely felt like we were bamboozled. The pictures on the listing weren't accurate. They show what the place may have looked like at one point. Furniture was broken, blinds were broked. A/C barely worked, it didn't get below 80 during the day. The bathroom in the master bedroom had ants everywhere. The shower floor had gunk built up and looked like it hadn't been cleaned.The bedframe in the back bedroom was broken. The bed caved in. It also had ants. My friend slept in it one night and woke up with ant bites all over her body. We booked this place based off the reviews and the pictures. Everything about it was inaccurate.

Excellent Location for Busch Gardens/Adventure Island/USF

The house interior looks exactly like represented in the pictures. Very nicely decorated and was a great space for two families to share. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodated all requires within the same day. House is about 1 mile from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, as well as University of South Florida, creating easy access to these locations. The neighborhood seems to be in an initial state of gentrification. Some of the surrounding house are very nice while others are not maintained. We felt safe with our families inside the house. Recommend if you are planning a trip to the parks or the university.

I didn’t want to leave a review at all, but VRBO kept prompting me to, so I felt compelled. You can see the effort the owner is putting forth to try to make this rental more palatable. It wasn’t horrible. However, it could’ve been more clean and there was a leaky A/C that caused a flood in the hallways and my daughter slipped and fell and hurt herself. There wasn’t adequate lighting in the hall where the leak was. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher with no dishwasher soap. There were roaches in the master closet. Dead ones. I notified the owner of all of this, but no solution or compensation was offered, only an apology. Oh, the futon is broken as well. And the door to the master closet. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business, I only want to help, and I believe with a little effort this could be a very convenient and affordable rental.

I wish I took pictures. Ceiling light/fan is living room didn’t work. Light/fan in bunk bed room was very dangerous and would hit the person sleeping in that area. House was dirty. Only supplied 1 towel in each bathroom. Shower mat in master bath was an attempt to cover dirty floor of shower. The neighborhood block was ok but at the end of the street we saw 2 people that appeared to be on meth or some type of drug. No outside light when we pulled in. The entire block had poor lighting. The best room was the kitchen. The kitchen table had an office chair for a seat. The pictures on listing made the home appear much better than reality. The closet doors were broken and we were made aware of that right before we arrived. We only stayed 1 hour. We asked for a refund for the second night but no response or communication from Trevor.
