The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and great local restaurants. Plus, the marsh views and green spaces make it easy to slow down and enjoy Charleston’s natural beauty.

You’ll enjoy beautiful marsh views from the back porch, yet you’re just 10–15 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from the beach, and close to everything the area has to offer. The home sits within walking distance of Park Circle’s breweries, restaurants, and live events, giving you easy access to one of Charleston’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly — a quiet retreat that keeps you connected to all the best parts of the Lowcountry.
