Outstanding space for larger groups!

Our two families (family of 4 + family of 5) thoroughly enjoyed our second stay! Great location and proximity to Bay Point Resort, the lighthouse, and all of Marblehead. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of space. Owners were very helpful and responsive with questions leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely rent again!

Great place, but if older there are a lot of steps each floor with bedrooms mostly on 3d. Clean, everything we needed esp toys for the little ones. Great multiple family place The owners get back with you on anything you need Enjoy it like our family did We had 13 from 3 different families, with kids, and we were spread out very nicely

Perfect vacation

My husband and myself took our 2 sons and daughters in law and 5 grandchildren from age 2 to 17. Everyone has a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The balconies on all three floors were a great addition. Plenty of things to do in the area. Thinking of going back next year with friends. Also the pool was nice and the neighbors were especially friendly.

Great place to stay near Sandusky and Cedar Point.

The condo was well stocked and provided what we needed. The owners provided towels, linens and a well stocked kitchen for making family meals at the condo. They process for check-in and check- out was very convenient. The game room provided activities for the boys in our group during a rainy day. The location near Sandusky and Cedar Point was also convenient. Thank you Emily for always responding to our questions quickly. Everyone in our group was very happy with the accomodation.

Girl Scout Fall Break Trip

This place was spectacular for our Girl Scout troop. We spent Day 1 at Cedar Point which is just a half hour away. We spent our second day on Kelleys Island. The ferry landing was just a five-minute drive down the road. There were eight of us total and the bedroom accommodations were perfect. The space was clean and inviting and we had everything we needed for a fun-filled stay. We had a ball! Thanks for allowing us to stay with you.

Annual family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We had a few minor inconveniences... but the owner was very quick to respond. The area adjacent to our condo was under construction and was very noisy beginning every week day morning at 7am. It was a little annoying... but didn't ruin our day(s).

Clean, spacious, comfortable condo

This is a well maintained condo with a clean pool. My only disappointment was that while you can see the lake from a third floor balcony, none of the nearby beaches are public. You have to drive 10 minutes to the state park for a beach. Otherwise, very nice. My boys loved the fuseball table!

Great location to explore Lake Erie’s Ohio shores

We enjoyed our visit and had a nice stay at the condo. We loved having the three levels for our kids to spread out. The condo is within 10-20 minutes of some great places to explore along the shore: Marblehead Lighthouse, East Harbor State Park, port Clinton (and the Jet Express to PIB), Catawba, and 30 minutes from Sandusky. The only negatives causing the 4 stars were that the pool needed a cleaning and the towels were a little worn but otherwise the amenities were good. Bring hand soap, dish soap and a sponge for the kitchen. The green space view from the 3rd floor now has new houses being built … though the lake view is still there and wonderful to wake up to!

Room for everyone across three full floors. Three bedrooms, multiple pull-out sofa beds, and sleeping for up to 12 mean no one is crowded. Each floor has its own living space and Smart TV, so the group can split up or come together whenever it suits. Built for longer stays: three bedrooms with doors, 3.5 baths, in-unit laundry, utilities included and a garage space. An entertainment floor built for groups. Foosball table, wet bar, large Smart TV, board games, and a patio with a gas grill — the first floor alone gives your group more to do than most rentals offer in total. The best of Lake Erie at your doorstep. The Marblehead Lighthouse, Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island ferry docks, Cedar Point, Twin Oast Brewing, and Gideon Owen Wine Company are all within easy reach — this is one of the most well-positioned locations on the Ohio Lake Erie coast. Private suites for traveling adults. Both third-floor bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms and Smart TVs. Bedroom 2 adds a private balcony. Two couples or families traveling together can each have genuine privacy without sacrificing common space.
