We were in town to visit our son, so we wanted a place that felt like home where we could spend time as a family, and this property did not disappoint. We watched movies in the theater, BBQ'd steaks, spent time in the jacuzzi and sauna, and the boys even threw a football around in the back yard. It was everything we hoped it would be.

気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Grass was grow up high in the front and back yard . Could not go out in the back to even enjoy the hot tub or the sitting under the cover deck to relax and watch the golfers golf cause it was to high. The inside floors around the walls and corners and under the edges of the furniture was not clean at all and was not mop and swept. Air conditioning went out on Saturday and we had to sleep 78, 79, and 80 degrees and didn’t get much sleep. Was to hot and miserable we got up and let a little after 8:00 that morning. We couldn’t stand any longer to stay. And they haven’t offer any money back at all. For what we had to deal with. This is very poor management and the floor was so wet from it being so hot in there we thought someone was coming in when we would leave a couple times and was half moping the place without permission but it was due to being so hot from no AC working. I did report it that Saturday when we realized that it was not working. And their not have any king if refund or half the money back or nothing to us. Very horrible experience for us staying there. I do not recommend anyone to stay there until they make this right with us.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your stay fell short. Overgrown grass kept you from the hot tub and deck, the home wasn't clean on arrival, and the AC went out on Saturday. That's not the experience we want for any guest. We've shared every point with our maintenance and housekeeping teams.
