Direct access to the Golf Course (please note that tee-time must be done directly with the golf course)

The neighborhood is ideal for a peaceful walk or a quick drive to nearby points of interest. With convenient access to major roads, getting around is easy and stress-free.

• Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT): 15 minutes. The nearest airport for regional flights and quick arrivals.

• Central Mall: 10 minutes. Access to shopping, dining, and entertainment is just a few minutes away.

Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Landscaping Is done once a week.

The Hot Tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: The Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
