Located just minutes from Bryce Resort and Lake, this home is a perfect year-round base for all your mountain activities.

Sleeping Arrangements: The main-level primary suite features a plush king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower with bench, and double vanity. Upstairs, two spacious queen bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo- ideal for couples or friends. On the lower level, a fun bunk room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a rollaway single - great for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is conveniently located just outside the room.

Cook & Gather: Prepare your favorite meals in our brand-new kitchen, complete with all-new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and eating utensils. We also provide coffee and Nespresso pods to keep you energized for the adventures ahead.

Dining: Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table, or grab a quick bite at the kitchen island with additional barstool seating. When the weather is right, take your meals outdoors - there's outdoor dining on the deck, perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air and beautiful views.

Relax in Comfort: Reclining couches in the living room offer the perfect spot to unwind, with a cozy fireplace and watching your favorite sporting team on the 65" Smart TV.

The Ultimate Hangout: The basement is the perfect space to relax and have fun, whether you're a kid or just a kid at heart. Enjoy movie nights on the 85" smart TV, play board games, or challenge each other to a friendly air hockey match. It's the ideal spot to wind down after a full day of mountain adventure.

PETS: $50 Total Fee. You must select the number of pets when identifying the number of guests, as part of your reservation. Should you bring a dog that is not indicated on the reservation, a separate $25 fee will be applied. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome in our home, but not on our furniture. While outdoors, dogs must be on a leash per HOA rules. There is a small dog park near the resort, where you can bring them to run around and get their energy out.

Ample Parking & Winter Access: The driveway can accommodate up to six vehicles. Roads are well maintained in the winter, but because the home is on a steep hill, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months.

Nature Notice: Being in the mountains means sharing space with nature. We do perform regular pest control; however, you may encounter occasional insects and spiders.
