Whether you're catching exciting events such as Texans football games or Houston Live Stock Show & Rodeo, this is the place for you! The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom provide all you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenient amenities such as high-speed internet and Free on-site parking. Located in Houston's Medical Center area, you'll be close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The whole apartment is yours to relax and enjoy your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home! You are more than welcome to use the shared areas in the complex. At the shared outdoor pool area we have outdoor grills, fire pit, table and chairs as well as loungers. Pool Hours: 10am-10pm, Gym: 24 hours

Great location, very clean and great amenities, such as snacks, water, and coffee. Shower was great with soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied and bed was super comfortable. Easy parking in the parking garage a plus!

The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and we could hardly hear it. Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The space itself was perfectly adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, which made a huge difference after long days. The location was ideal—just minutes from the Texas Medical Center—and being in a gated complex gave us an added sense of safety and peace of mind. Our host was wonderful, extremely helpful, and very easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience seamless. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
