☀ The Front property gate is easy to access, once you enter the code provided for check-in, you’ll notice it takes 10-15 seconds to open… Just a heads up

☀ Kid-friendly: We have one complimentary pack and play available at the home. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀ The Firepit to the backyard pool area is accessible and ready for your use, the main gas line is a yellow handle behind the BBq if you don’t hear gas when turning on the Fire-pit.

☀ The 2 ADU’s are usable for your group. You will be provided the code for access during check-in. The bottom ADU has a Stackable washer and dryer.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ THE A/C’s are for your convenience but please be mindful of Escondido’s heat and humidity… Running the A/C too long or too cold will cause excessive water condensation/ spray through the vents…

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.

☀ This home is tucked in the side of a canyon/creek so sight or interaction with small wildlife may occur at or on the home property zone. We have the most up to date and preventable items with pest and wildlife control but it may sometimes not be enough

☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Please read and sign the agreement below

Guest, and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 0 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 0 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.
