This Apartment was built in 1920 and is part of a two-unit space. This is the lower unit with a large fenced in back yard. This space has many different guitars and instruments, all playable and functional. A musician's playground. Much of the décor is concert posters from our travels! Located with Muskegon Lake views from the backyard and within walking distance to the heart of downtown Muskegon, Ice arena and Heritage landing. Only a 5-minute drive to Lake Michigan and Pere Marquette beach.

This is a quiet urban location with long term neighbors. The neighborhood is located in an improving area of the city. Some of the surround streets have neighborhoods that are of declining repair. The Downtown area is being invested in, and this location is excellent. It is safe and we have never had any issues with, but we lock our doors at night because it is the city.
