The designated parking space is a huge plus. If you rent a car, make sure it's a compact car/suv. You can feel very safe walking around during the day or night in the area. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Beach is within walking distance also. Room was very clean, host was available by phone if had a question. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for the bath and shower. I will stay there again when we return.

Nice, clean, condo unit

We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. It was clean, well-furnished and only 5-6 minutes away from Waikiki beach. The building has secure access and the unit had an allocated parking spot in the gated garage. It had free WiFi and the check-in/out was super easy. Communication with the property manager was minimal and that's because they made the check-in/out super easy. A bonus was it also had 3 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler that we used on beach trips. I would consider staying here again the next time we're in Oahu.

Home away from home.

Convenient location from everything around. Loved the view of the ocean from both the livingroom and bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. I just love the area. I am originally from Hawaii and I couldn't ask for more. It was just perfect.

Comfortable but in need of a reno

Nice partial ocean view and comfortable condo. Greatly in need of a reno though. Popcorn ceilings, old appliances, cheap countertops, chips in flooring, poor finishing on trim and baseboards, and dated bathroom. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom need replacing too.

Great View and Location in Waikiki

We enjoyed the location, property and view of this VRBO. Would highly recommend to others. Walk to beaches, stores - everything you need, really. Neighbors very nice and friendly in complex. Just an FYI - it is in the city so you do have some city/traffic noise but really not a big deal.

A good-adequate, comfortable unit with free and easy parking

Location: very convenient for everything. Free parking: the deciding factor in choosing this unit, so we had freedom to explore the entire island as planned. The check-in and –out process, the pre-arrival instructions: easy to follow. Bedroom: King bed is comfortable but be mindful of not being tripped by its leg at a very awkward corner. Kitchen: well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, an electric kettle. Bathroom: plenty of towels of adequate quality; other necessities: adequate in quality and quantity. Furniture is old but in working condition, not a problem. Very nice to have ample closet space, many hangers, and drawers. In-suit washer and dryer: easy to use, a great feature. To be improved: The unit needs updating or even some remodeling. The kitchen faucet needs replacing. The bathroom, albeit adequate in size and function, feels like in a motel in terms of its constructional details such as moldings and caulking. The shower head and/or faucet in the tub that drips all the time needs replacing. Replace the big corner cabinet in the bedroom, a potential liability. Not a big issue: We were just surprised to find a popcorn (asbestos) ceiling, popular about 50 years ago. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

First visit to O’ahu

We enjoyed every morning and evening on the lanai, which you had a straight on view of the ocean to our surprise. Beach chair were a nice bonus, and we added a boogie board to the next guest. A couple of annoying maintenance issues. The front large element on the stove did not work along with the outlet you would use to charge your devices. Also, you might want to watch your toes when walking around the bed. We finally laid a blank around the legs of the bed to soften the impact to our toes. Otherwise, we could not be happier with our experience. The residence were nice and used the patio. The pool was under construction during our stay, which we were aware it would be closed when we booked. I would recommend to all my friends.

Condo location was great, an easy walk to the main strip. Great ABC market just across the street. Condo has everything listed in the ad. The main bedroom was comfortable but the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult, ended up just sleeping on the sofa. Sofa bed is okay probably for a youngster. Condo size is a bit small for four adults. Overall it’s a nice place and safe and secure.

Pretty much a home away from home

This unit was just as described from the listing and it was perfect for the week I booked it. Bonus was in unit washer and dryer plus one assigned parking spot included. Very secure building, market across the street for any last minute food items, awesome view of the pacific. The king size bed was very comfortable, felt like the Ritz Carlton in my opinion. Complete kitchen with all cookware you may need. I would definitely book this unit in the future.
