- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5:00 p.m. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences for guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 20 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
