This property is professionally managed by Ann O’Brien Realty servicing southern Rhode Island for over 40 years. Our team is available to you seven days a week as needed.

Nice week with my family.

Great location, excellent air conditioning, nice dining room table for a large family. Outside shower is a big plus.

There was so much moisture in lower level.

Good except thought it was closer to beach house is plenty big enough for several people. Down stairs need a dehumidifier bathroom needs alittle more cleaning but not that bad yard plenty large enough.overall it was a fun.time. two kitchen was a plus.

Great location for a week at the beach

First off, the location of this rental is perfect for the price and it should not be overlooked. The house has six bedrooms and can accommodate a lot of people. The AC works fantastic and the two full baths plus an outdoor shower are great perks. The house was clean when we arrived, although more attention to detail in the bathrooms and kitchen could have been given by the cleaners. The check in process is a bit antiquated this day in age with you having to go to their office to pick up keys instead of having a lockbox or coded entry like so many other properties we’ve stayed at, but not a deal breaker. Overall, it was a great week for my family and we would recommend this property to others.

Summer 2020

The house did it’s job for us but wasn’t the cleanest or as you to our standards as previous homes. Tons of black mold in the basement. Smelled of mildew upon entering. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower liners had to be replaced due to ripping and mildew. Outside shower was the saving grace that everyone loved! Looked bigger in photos than it actually was. We lost electricity and air conditioner for a day and Ann OBrien did get a company out on a Sunday to look at and fix it. That was appreciated.
