気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Our stay here was not enjoyable. To start, the host was terrible at responding, beginning with the toilet not working when we checked in. It took hours of unanswered messages and declined calls before anything was done. We had to dig through the dryer for clean towels because the one hanging in the bathroom was soaking wet. On top of that, there were wet sheets in the washer for the 3 days we were there so I imagine those would be used for the next guests, pretty gross. The mattress was awful and had a giant dip on the left side which was incredibly uncomfortable. We had to check out without any instructions because the host did not respond to questions. Overall, a pretty terrible stay and I would not recommend.
