Condo A307 is a 2 bedroom vacation rental with the a/c option* You must check the AC box during checkout or pay at the front desk. A307 has a kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, laundry equipment. There is a king bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Condo A307 has a spectacular view of the great green Waipuilani park and ocean. This condo is perfect for watching whales, sail board and kite boards. Sip in the warmth of the tropics as you sit on the lanai at night and gaze out at the stars over the ocean. Enjoy this condo as your home away from home.

Luana Kai's Kihei condos resort is located on the ocean side of South Kihei Road. Our ocean-view buildings are set back approximately 100 yards from the water. Between the beach and the ocean-view buildings there is a grassy park area, with swaying palm trees, golf putting green, shuffleboard and tennis courts.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
