The property is normally great. We took our three daughters this time. We were notified two days before arrival by the resort that the main pool was closed for construction until roughly November of 2026. We reached out to the host to ask why this wasn’t relayed at the time of rental and we were told that price reflected the closure. We were also told there would be no additional discount which we did not ask for. I only asked why we weren’t informed about the main pool and outdoor area being closed off for construction. Our main reason for choosing this property again was for use of the large pool areas for our daughter’s vacation. Had we known the main pool was closed off, we would have gone to another resort. This definitely impacted our stay. All residents were crammed into the smaller pool with limited chair space and thus made it slightly less enjoyable for us. Inform your guests or amend your ad to include this information.
