🔇 Noise & Conduct
Please keep noise levels to a respectful minimum at all times, especially outdoors. This includes avoiding loud conversations, music, shouting, barking dogs, or any noise amplification.

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments may be used outside or be audible from outside the apartment at any time, day or night.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM and are strictly enforced.

Parties, events, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed or complaints are received, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property immediately, without any refund.

🚭 Smoking & Substance Use
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

🐶 Pets
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. If approved, only house-trained dogs or cats (up to two) are permitted.

A pet fee and refundable security deposit will be requested after booking.

🚗 Parking
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Guests must use the allocated parking spaces, garage, or designated areas only.

Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles for the property.

🏊 Pool Use (If Applicable)
Glass containers and alcohol are not permitted near the pool.

Please follow posted safety rules and ensure children are supervised at all times.

🧼 Property Care
Guests are expected to maintain the property and its furnishings in good condition.

Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Use all appliances only as intended.

Guests may not send or receive packages or mail to the property.

Upon check-in, please perform a brief walkthrough and report any existing damage immediately.

👥 Guest Limits
Only the guests included in your reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit. If you wish to add extra guests, notify us in advance to avoid additional charges.

🗑️ Trash Disposal
Please take all garbage out and dispose of it in the designated bins or trash area. Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500.
