Gorgeous sunsets from living area and wrap around deck. We recently renovated throughout - bathrooms, new mattresses, bedding and pillows, new HVACs, boiler, water pump.
The kids/group room with bunk bed+ trundle, library of books (ages2 to adult) and board games (Monopoly, Twister, Life, Risk, Trouble, etc./xbox plus games.
There are 4 bedrooms: new beds,
BR1 has 1 Queen (new bed);
BR2 has 2 single beds ;
BR3 (Group /Kids room) has total 5 beds: 1 single bed: 1 kids' bunk plus trundle bed (total 3 beds) appropriate weight of no more than 140lbs) per bed on bunk bed; and a full size bed.
BR4 has 1 Queen (new bed).
LR - one extra long sofa
LR- one double sofa
House is equipped with 6 bicycles /helmet(ride at your own risk), 3 boogie boards, one large wheeled igloo, and beach umbrella.
New Outdoor wicker furniture (10 outdoor chairs and two lounge chairs).

Artful surprise in the front yard!
Siv Cedering sculpture:
There is a rock poem/sculpture by Siv Cedering in the front yard. Siv Cedering was a famous poet and artist originally born in Sweden but who lived much of her adult life in the Hamptons.
The sculpture is called "In My Garden". The stones in the ground leading up to the red wooden gate say, "In my garden there are..". The large boulders after the gate arewritten on 2 sides. One side will say, " Tiger - " and the other side will say "Lily".Another says "A polka-dotted Lady - " and the other side says "Bug." Another says "Dragon-" and the other side says "Fly", etc.
The art sculpture was in Amagansett Square for many years.
