芸能人も家族もこの施設が大好きです。 2つのリビングルームエリア、2つの食事エリア、キッチンの朝食バーがあります。 3つの暖炉のある快適な座席！ キッチンには花崗岩のカウンタートップとステンレス製の器具があり、デッキとバーベキュー用のスライド式ガラス扉があります。 スライド式のガラス扉はデッキとプールに通じており、屋内/屋外の素晴らしい流れを作り出します。 広いデッキには、日当たりの良いプールを囲むパティオセットとラウンジチェアがいくつかあります。 プールデッキは巨大で、メインハウスとは別にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。

great stay!

this is an amazing property in a fantastic location. Leslie was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. Got to play lots of tennis, pool was warm and sunny and had lots of space/chairs for everyone.

Beautiful spacious house

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our group of 7 (the house can definitely hold more). The kitchen area was beautiful, for those who might be wondering. Very quiet neighborhood, quick 15 min ride to about everything in town. Leslie, the owner was very nice and checked up on us regularly. We really enjoyed our time there, the only issue we had was with the pool, which was green for about 5 days, which was a bummer for us.

Josephine and her friends were very nice. We had a lot of wind and rain mid June which caused an overload of pollen from the trees, very unusual but it has been an odd year. We got on it immediately and it was cleared up as quickly as possible.

Bachelorette Weekend

I rented this home for my bachelorette party which consisted of 10 women over the age of 30 looking for a relaxing pool weekend. We were informed by the homeowner upon arriving that the maid would be there in the afternoon. We arrived at the house and the homeowner was there "cleaning" and informed us the "sheets were all changed on the beds." When we arrived, the kitchen still had food caked on the floor, there were multiple broken beds and some of the bedding had yellow stains on them. There were bugs throughout the house, dressers were found with ants crawling on them as well as cockroaches near the pool area. Blinds were broken so terribly that there was a tarp to cover one of the main windows, there were holes in the wall and a bedroom door ripped off the wall. It should also be mentioned that one of my guests found a used Bic Razor under her bed. When the maid finally arrived the next morning, she reported to us that this house looked like it was never cleaned and it was “absolutely disgusting.” This house was received in unacceptable and unsafe conditions, and future guests should be made aware. The listing has pictures of beds/rooms that were not accurate. In addition, the homeowner was in and out of the house all weekend unannounced, and we only had a few hours of privacy on Saturday. When we did get granted some privacy, there were cameras on us all weekend, and Leslie (the homeowner) even made comments to our group about conversations that she was not present for. It is understandable, as a homeowner, to have security cameras, but we were never informed we would be watched or listened to at any given moment. We dealt with a significant invasion of privacy, as well as horrible conditions for a house of this price. We also were never provided a key to the home, and multiple locks did not work, making it impossible to lock up our belongings if we wanted to. We are in the process of dealing with our experience through VRBO directly (with multiple pictures to document our stay), and this should not be a reflection of VRBO specifically. However, renters should understand the conditions they are facing, and from a health and safety perspective, may be better suited looking elsewhere.

40th Birthday weekend

We had a great stay in Leslie’s house. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool area was amazing. Our grill gas ran out during cooking and Leslie was here within 10 minutes with a new tank. I would stay again.

Perfect House for Gathering

This house worked perfect for our group gathering after a day event in the Hamptons. It was very clean and the pool was awesome!

Property fit our need to a tee. It is well maintained and has plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge. We had a group of couples and friends and had visitors throughout the stay. The home was more than accommodating. Would certainly return if the opportunity presented itself. Landlord communicated great. We got great use out of the tennis court and pool. Really cannot say enough good things. Pictures actually do not tell the full story. They could probably market this better. It was a steal.

Comfortable Home with phenomenal deck/pool

I hosted a small college reunion with approximately 13 people. This group was 4 couples and 5 singles. The house was perfectly sized and afforded everyone privacy and comfort. There are bedrooms with queen beds and others stocked with twins so it is very versatile space. Most bedrooms have an en-suite. Additionally, the deck and pool area was phenomenal. Bring your sunscreen because it is one sunny and clear pool! There were lounge chairs and floats available for everyone. Lastly, the set up with kitchen opening directly to the deck and bbq area allowed for those cooking to feel like they were in the party. We had a great time and would look to rent this home again when hosting a comparable sized group.
