We are excited to announce that our popular Island rental is back on the market! It has been undergoing a complete remodel for the past year, and the transformation is stunning.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideally located on the north end of Anna Maria Island, directly across from the beach, with beach access just a short walk away. The lot across the street is currently cleared, offering unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf.

The home features a brand-new interior with a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and quartz counters, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The living room offers high ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to a spacious screened lanai. Relax and enjoy the Gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets right from your lanai!

The beautiful beaches of the North End are just minutes away. We are confident you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful & clean home. Loved that we were so close to bean point, and just a short bike ride from pine avenue. Plenty of towels provided, and as someone who is always cold, I loved all the additional cozy blankets. We also loved hanging out on the lanai, so relaxing. Communication was great, and the check in was very quick and easy!

This place was so perfect! Great view of the Gulf, very clean and beautifully decorated. The managing company answered questions promptly. Location was very close to restaurants and shopping, and walking path to the beach was very close also.

By far my favorite place I have stayed. Everything we needed was provided. Honestly could not have asked for a better hose and amenities. Restaurants were a short drive away and the beach was beautiful. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Host was great but the unit lacked some important details (to me). There was a coffee maker but not even a single pod of coffee. Im used to having to bring creamer but I’ve never stayed somewhere without coffee. There also aren’t any kid friendly cups or plates whatsoever. There was also a huge piece of the driveway that was missing and my toddler kept tripping on it. The interior was beautiful- just like the photos. The only area really needing some TLC is the master bath - the shower curtain is really disgusting at the bottom where the fabric has gotten wet and is covered in mold. The bathroom fan is dusty. And the tile edge trim on the shower isn’t attached so it’s like stepping on loose tile.

As a reminder, we provide a starter kit of supplies that includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. We apologize for the issues with the shower curtain and the loose tile; we will address both immediately. Regarding the driveway, the area you mentioned is intended for landscaping and has been filled with landscape rock to provide additional parking. We appreciate you letting us know that this was a concern for your toddler. Please know that you can always contact us during your stay with any questions or concerns. We aim to address all issues promptly to ensure you have a five-star experience.

The house was clean and very well located, which we appreciated. However, the overall level of amenities was quite poor considering the price. For example, beach loungers, which were explicitly mentioned in the listing, were not available. The most significant issue, however, was the severe noise disturbance. A neighboring house, directly adjacent to the property, is currently undergoing major renovations. This resulted in constant construction noise, which significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, the host did not inform us about these works in advance. Had we been aware of this, we would not have booked the property. When we raised the issue, our complaint was dismissed, and the host claimed to have no knowledge of the renovation. This is difficult to believe, as the entire exterior of the neighboring building is being refurbished—a process that clearly has been ongoing for some time. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were positive aspects, the lack of transparency and the significant disturbance made the stay disappointing.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over work being performed at nearby homes, and as schedules can change daily, advance notice is not always possible. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have done our best to address the issue immediately. In regards to your comment about beach loungers, we do provide beach chairs as noted in our property information. If you were looking for chaise loungers, please note that these are distinct from the chairs we provide. For future stays, we encourage you to contact us while you are on-site so that we can address any concerns and ensure your comfort in real time. Amazing beach view! The screened porch was the perfect spot to sip coffee and listen to the waves. This is the ideal spot on the island- a walk to Bean Point Beach, a walk to the Pine Street shops and restaurants, and the beach was not busy. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Very clean and updated interior.
