Your peaceful retreat awaits at this lovely 1-bedroom condo. With a cozy living room featuring a sofa bed, this space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Experience a quiet stay at this centrally located condo, designed to maximum comfort during your visit. The space offers a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, and a full-sized sofa bed for extra guests. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, and a large desk is available for work tasks. Enjoy tranquility and choose the color of the fireplace to set the mood or relax at the pool. For all of your entertainment needs, downtown Littleton is just 3-5 minutes away while the mountains & downtown Denver are accessible in under 20 min. There are several walking and bike paths within walking distance. (Enjoy our Earlybird discount as we wait for 4 delayed tile pieces to be installed. The kitchen still looks beautiful!)

I'm a real estate professional and truly enjoy hosting others. I love to travel, sing and stay active and when not in Colorado, my hubby Clay and I will live part time in Florida. We also have 11 grandchildren to enjoy in between all of the traveling.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I chose this neighborhood because it is right next to the park and 2 other parks across the street. One being a theme park called Pirates Cove. Downtown Littleton is minutes away and offers so much as far as shopping, restaurants, and Pubs. Check out the Melting Pot! Then just off of Sante Fe going south, there are more restaurants and outdoor shopping malls and movie theater. Check out The Platte River Grill if you enjoy live entertainment outdoors during the summertime. Biking and walking trails are all nearby as well as downtown Denver and the mountains.

Our condo has been completely remodeled, offers a pool and an elevator. It is also centrally located allowing for a quick drive to Downtown Denver or to the Mountains.
