Property was as shown in pictures. It was a nice condo with beautiful well kept grounds. The pool was nice but the pool maintenance could do a better job at keeping it clean. The original listing stated there was a gym but owner corrected listing removing the amenity. The dryer was in a difficult location which made removing the articles difficult but doable. The condo itself was very nice as well as the bathroom. The toilet was really nice. 1 parking spot was provided which was convenient. I would consider renting again in the future.

Does not have refrigerated air! ! Please read description regarding "Swamp Cooler/Heater"Overall property is lovely. Really liked the private entrance. Dog friendly with a dog park on site.

Perfect. Easy Location for El Paso. We stayed here for a 2 week visit with my brother in law at White Acres, only a 7 minute drive. The location was excellent and close to many stores and restaurants Apartment was cleaned and had everything we needed complex is well maintained. We especially enjoyed the courtyard and spent several lovely evenings outside. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a clean, comfortable place that's convenient to the west side of El Paso. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the living room is comfortable. The master bedroom is very comfortable, but the beds are a tad small - child-sized - in the second bedroom. Light switches take a little figuring out. And the plumbing can be a bit fussy -- getting the shower to completely shut off takes a bit of fiddling -- and the water never gets truly hot, not even at the kitchen sink. But for the price, it's hard to beat this gem.

Check in and lacking information

The place itself was nice and the employees I interacted with were friendly. However, I didn’t receive any check-in information until 7 PM, even though I had been calling and messaging since 6 PM trying to get access. Maria eventually responded through the app, but the delay made check-in more stressful than it needed to be.There was also no information provided about how to access the pool — I had to ask the yard maintenance employee, who was helpful. While the property is overall pleasant, the lighting inside could be improved, and the kitchen could definitely use more utensils. A few simple upgrades and better communication would go a long way in making this a five-star stay.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this property. The entire place was clean, and the setup was perfect and well-thought-out. They provided all the utensils and toiletries we could possibly need, which made our quick stay so easy and comfortable.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space—it was a great spot to relax. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, fully stocked, and well-arranged getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. It was right down the road from family, which was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We loved all the "smart" items in the house and will probably be upgrading some of them in our own house.When we return to EP, we will definitely stay again if possible.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting El Paso.Master and 2nd bedrooms were roomy and full of amenities. The washer and dryer was nice and the bar in the main room was a unexpected surprise.The bathroom with a separate shower has a modern heated toilet/bidet seat that was so awesome I bought one as soon as we came home.
