The space
Enjoy a stylish experience at central Sacramento. On the second level, a spacious living area with a private balcony flows seamlessly into a formal dining space and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting high-end appliances, a gas range, Wolf oven, wine fridge, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry. The third level is a sanctuary, featuring a primary suite with a private balcony, an en-suite bath plus two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

Explore the friendly local area and venture into the vibrant Downtown, just a short 3-minute ride away. After a day of adventures, retreat to your fully furnished private bedroom with its own bathroom to relax and recharge. With 3 bedrooms including 1 King mattress, 2 queen mattresses and 1 queen air mattress, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathrooms, and 3 balconies, our home is perfect for a group of friends or family.

We are situated near the Southside Park, a famous landmark park that has a community center, a lake, an outdoor theatre, and many trees. You'll find many locals walking their dogs here and sometimes even some wild turkeys! The neighborhood is quiet and you can sleep comfortably on any of the floors of the home. You can park anywhere you want in the neighborhood with free street parking.

Our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies for some fresh air is on the second floor. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom even has a private balcony and a rainfall shower head.

The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including coffee, cups, plates, and silverware. High-speed WiFi (500+ mb/s) and free street parking are also available.

At our home, we are committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable stay. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and sanitized environment. We use a thorough cleaning process before and after each check-out and hydrogen peroxide multi-purpose cleaner for our cleaning. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and faucets are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free Clorox wipes. Guest access

A custom iron entry door welcomes you into a thoughtfully crafted space where elegance meets functionality. You'll find two floors of living space, each with its own unique features.

The second floor is where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies to enjoy fresh air. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a private balcony and a rainfall shower head.

The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including filtered water, coffee, cups, plates, and silverware. Enjoy your stay!

AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

At our home, we are committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable stay. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for strict implementation during your stay at our property:

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
There are three exterior cameras covering the perimeter of the home. The cameras ensure the safety of our guests at all times.

★ NOISE MONITOR ★
Please note that we have installed a Noise Aware inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

★ NO SMOKING ALLOWED ★
Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

★ STREET PARKING ★
Street parking is available directly in front of the home or around the block (free and paid parking are available near the property). If no spots are available immediately, you can temporarily park in the alley street beside the house when unloading luggage. Be sure to leave enough space for another car to go around if needed.

★ SMOKE DETECTOR ★
Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

★ PACKAGE DELIVERY ★
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

★ DOOR LOCKS ★
Please ensure that you lock the door at all times to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. Front door automatically locks after 15 seconds.

★ NUMBER OF GUESTS ★
The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

★ TREAT THE HOME LIKE YOUR OWN ★
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

★TOILETRIES★
Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.


★ LIABILITY DISCLAIMER ★
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

★ FEES ★
• We use high quality sheets for our unit. Please be sure not to get them stained, as we may have to charge $25 for extra cleaning if the stains get removed or the entire amount of the cost to replace the sheets if the stains cannot be removed.

• Deep Cleaning and Holiday Cleaning Fee
A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or more. A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates.

An additional $90 fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected after booking.

• A lost remote control (TV or fane) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.

• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.
