We are in Candler Park neighborhood, but moments away from the heart of Little Five Points commercial district. Live music on weekends is common and you can listen to it on the front or back porches. Within minutes of our house, we have two record stores, several great music venues, such as the Variety, the best beer bar in the country, a natural foods store, theaters, several coffee shops, way too many vape and tattoo shops and lots of great food options. There are great walking and biking trails nearby, parks, yoga studios, spas and a farmers market at freedom parkway on Saturdays.

Noise: L5P often has music festivals, street performers, and other events that you might hear from the unit. Quiet hours at the house begin at 10:00 PM.
Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or events. Violations may result in a fee, cancellation of your reservation, and/or police being contacted.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors. A fee will apply for any violations.
Pets: Only pre-approved pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a daily rate fee per pet.
Security: Exterior security cameras are in place to monitor all parking areas. Please do not keep any valuables in your car.
