There are games and books available in the living room cabinet for the guest to enjoy along with a complimentary welcome basket that includes snacks and water. Whether you're working remotely or just checking in, you'll appreciate the two dedicated workstations, each outfitted with a monitor for added productivity. There is a twin roll away bed for additional accommodations.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note that the pool area is closely monitored by security on weekends. All guests, including infants, must have a pool pass to access the pool, and sign-in is required during the weekend. Guests can gain access to restrooms in the gym (with a gym card) or go back to the condo to use the facilities. Please take care not to lose the pool pass or gym fob, as replacement fees apply. A lost pool pass will result in a $175 fee, and a lost gym fob carries a $200 fee.

Pool code and entry code will be provided after your registration is complete and prior to your arrival. Registration fee is $30. Note the office is closed on the weekends and the registration must be turned in between Mon-Fri prior to your arrival.

This is a smoke-free condo. Any evidence of cigarette smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning and odor removal to restore the space.

Please note: There is a ring doorbell camera present at the condo entrance. Trash sitting at the front door will result in a $50 fine. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
