We just spent the Christmas week in this amazing property! One reason I had chosen this place was because past reviews mentioned the owner had set up a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations - all true and decorations were lovely.The flat was spotless and spacious - huge rooms with high ceilings. Decor and furniture made it feel like a home. Other positive factors included: location was great - walking to Princes Street area as well as very close to the Botanical Gardens; lots of little pubs, shops and a large Tesco close by; kitchen was fully equipped and large; location was very quiet; the owner Kate was very attentive and we exchanged many e-mails; there was an information book provided with comprehensive facts about the flat as well as info about the area that was tremendously helpful. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many VRBO's. This this property is now at the top of my "best" list. I would stop your search here and just book it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

A friend and I stayed here for a one-week visit to Edinburgh. It’s a beautiful apartment, well-maintained and within walking distance to restaurants and sights.

Wonderful Apartment

Wonderful apartment; superb location & great hosts. Our family had a hugely enjoyable stay in Edinburgh in this well-appointed, characterful property at Bellevue Terrace. Ideally located (Stockbridge, Newtown and Royal Mile all close by) & the perfect spring board to find whatever takes your fancy in Edinburgh.

Beautiful property gastronomic location

The property is clean spacious and very well appointed. The location is 2 mins from Broughton street which is full of great restaurants and more in the Stockbridge area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Stay In Edinburgh

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and the location was great for us - a nice quiet street but close enough to everything that it took 10-20 min to be where we wanted to be. The host was great and everything was as described.

Best area!

This is the best area of the city am I personal opinion it is close to all sites everything is in walking distance cafés bars your name at all within minutes of walking place was great communication was great perfect stay. Will visit again soon

Wow. This place was amazing. Grand entrance, big living room, big bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, and great communication from the owner. I absolutely recommend this VRBO listing. I would absolutely stay here again

Great apartment great location

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped, and the location is great. We ended up going out mostly in Bonnington locally. Great bar very close to the apartment called Pickles - very busy and buzzy. Nice pubs and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. A short walk to Princes Street. We had a great stay.

Summer in Edinburgh

My family and I stayed in this beautiful property during the last phase of our 2 weeks in the UK. The property was HUGE and very comfortable for our family of 4. It is ~20 mins walk to get to the Royal Mile and an easy walk everywhere. We loved the neighborhood feel that allows us to get away from the crowds. Would recommend this spot to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

Brilliant flat

The flat is very tastefully decorated. Kate is very easy to communicate with, and I had no issues with my stay. It’s in a great area of town and I highly recommend this place. I will have no problem staying again when I come back to Edinburgh.

A Lovely Flat in Edinburgh

A very comfortable and attractive flat on Bellevue Terrace. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our meals in. The bed chambers are comfortable and spacious. And we felft very regal in the sitting room.

Amazing stay!

We were really impressed with the size of this rental- it was way bigger than we had expected it to be. Everything was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying in this area and it was located just a short walk to Old Town. There were a lot of tools in the kitchen to use. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the flat at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The pictures don’t do the flat justice. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was easy to hop on buses and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved staying there and look forward to staying again in the future.

A proper Scottish apartment!

LOVED IT! We loved everything about our stay at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The location is great, quiet and residential, yet just a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautiful, just like a place that a character from a Hallmark movie would live in! And a Christmas tree! What a nice touch! The owners were 100% responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Stay here, you will love it as much as we did!

Perfect Base to explore Edinburgh

Huge apartment in a quiet area of Edinburgh but close enough to walk or taxi to the main places of interest. Apartment is completely on one level, no stairs which is wonderful when one late seventy years old.

Short holiday to Edinburgh with family

Best apartment in Edinburgh we have stayed in by far...very convenient location within walking distance to the centre, comfortable, exceptionally well appointed, child/family friendly (helpful to be on the ground floor with own entrance if you have luggage). It was above our expectation and just lovely. I felt I was home. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

Great Getaway

I highly recommend these accommodations in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. I loved that the owners gave recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. So helpful! We will be back in the future.
