Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. From the views, to the cozy, cottage like hideaway, this is a perfect place to escape the rest of the world. The hosts were amazing! Definitely will stay again.....and again!

This property was well located with beautiful lake views. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and loved seeing all of the fireworks. Patricia was a responsive and communicative host who checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Getting in and out was easy. We just checked in with Patricia when we arrived. She gave us a great tour of the accommodation and ensured we were comfortable.

The pictures did not do it justice, the location was amazing and beautiful. The space was private, clean and spacious. Everything needed was available and the host was very generous with anything extra needed.

Lake Stevens weekend getaway

Beautiful luxurious and quiet lake front area with ability to park on campus and extras available. Pricing is very reasonable and worth the view of the great Northwest Mountains. Sunrise and sunsets are awesome. Appreciate the hospitality.

Canadian Visit - Fantastic Location with Picturesque Views

Host was extremely welcoming and attentive to our family visiting from Canada. The view of the lake and mountains from the covered patio was amazing. We ate most our meals and played many board games while taking it all in from the patio. The unit was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Lots of towels and beach chairs for use around the lake. Fantastic vacation!

Patrica and her husband were very gracious and provided timely communication throughout our stay. The property was scenic and well maintained. We received guidance and maps from the host for our interested activities. Wish we could bring our grandkids next time. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location on the waterfront with a well-stocked guesthouse and gorgeous gardens. However the initial frustration was that this vrbo looks like you can use the water but the hosts really don’t want you to at all, even in the summer. At the time we booked, the listing said you could use the waterfront if you rented something from them but then it came with a lot of restrictions and pushback. Patricia ancvommodated initially but then became quite negative through the stay. The other issue: the house was having issues with ants in the kitchen area and a lot of spiders at the time. It’s also hard to cook with the sink in the laundry. This listing is a basement suite and the host lives upstairs so the host is always walking by the guest house to access the waterfront and it didn’t feel particularly private. AC can only be controlled from the owner’s side. The main reason for the lower rating though was the host. My family felt that she was hovering and watching us constantly and then sending us emails that got increasing negative over the course of our stay. She blamed us for the ants in the kitchen, double charged what she said she would charge for rentals, and was guilt-tripping us that they needed to get more life jackets after double booking water activities. We have 2 well-behaved dogs (1 pet and 1 ESA) and even though we blocked them off when they were inside alone, she was kept complaining about them and accused us of lying about the support dog.
