Our property is located on 2 acres of heavily wooded, beautiful, and mature oak, pine, maple, and birch trees. The property has elevated lake views over 200 feet of naturally wooded shoreline on the Minerva/Loon lake chain of 8 lakes (over 1,200 acres!). The shoreline is accessible by a gradual, winding, and beautiful path. Enjoy the sandy and manicured shoreline for the kids to play!

There is a very nice grassy lawn with a large firepit and an unlimited amount of firewood for extra cozy nights.

In the summer we have a dock and 2 new kayaks free to use. We also offer a brand new pontoon to rent! Jet skis and other fun toys to rent are coming soon so reach out often to check on availability!

Inside we have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 rec room, a very large and open kitchen/dining/living room area, and full laundry room. Right away when you enter you'll be greeted by a picturesque 22 foot high wall of glass that is a perfect view for any occasion. Fun fact; all of the wooden details, cabinets, tables, and wooden beams/slats were created with the once standing trees from where the cabin stands!

Rec room: In the rec room you'll find a pull out queen bed hidden under the couch for that extra sleeping space! In addition, there's a chaise lounge chair and a 55" Roku TV for those late night movie nights! Some board games and other fun activities are stored within the media stand as well!

Kitchen: A fully stocked custom kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay and plenty of them. From an air fryer to a wine fridge, and everything in between.

Dining area: Room for everyone is possible here with our 10 foot mahogany dining set with seating for 10!

Living area: Sit back and relax on the large sofa sectional and watch nature unfold all around you.

Laundry room: A washer and dryer are available to use.

Outside: Cozy up in a relaxing Adirondack chair with a nice evening fire; with a large stock of firewood free to use you're sure to have a perfect evening! During the day, feel free to bust out some yard games while you're grilling some burgers, or take out the kayaks for some simple lake fun!

Speaking of lake fun, 1 pontoon available for rent for you to use if you so wish!
