This slopeside vacation rental is steps away from all the base area's chair lifts, ski school, and your choice of ski rental shops for winter activities. In summer, enjoy free concerts right from the balcony, mountain biking, hiking, garden tours, and beautiful Colorado wildflowers and rainbows. It is conveniently located near the town shuttle and several restaurants, shops, and cafes. The deck is like no other as it faces Mt. Crested Butte and holds an eight-person hot tub, a BBQ grill, and a heated ski closet with eight boot warmers. Watch your family ski the slopes from the deck or inside from the enormous living room windows that span the entire room and soar from floor to ceiling.

Upon entry, the open floor plan welcomes you with an atmosphere specifically designed and decorated for comfort and luxury. A custom burled walnut inlay table for twelve sits in front of the windows that span into the living room, where large sofas and chairs, a 3 mantle gas fireplace, a flatscreen television, and a wet bar with its own fridge and ice maker await for relaxation and entertainment. The gourmet kitchen with leathered granite counter tops, freezer space cleverly disguised as drawers, and duel ovens overlook the entire floor with its reclaimed structural trusses and amazing view. An additional breakfast bar has seating for six people.

Also on this first floor are two master king bedrooms - one Sleep Number p5 mattress - each with its own flatscreen television, a double vanity bathroom with state of the art steam shower, towel warmers, and sitting area in front of a balcony. The soundproof walls allow you to retire without concern for late-night television noise.

The young adults own the second floor, as it was designed just for them! They have their own TV room with a flatscreen and sectional sofa. This suite has two bedrooms; one has four beds, a trundle, and a bathroom with a tub, while the other has three beds with a shower, each has its own sitting area.

The third floor has two bedrooms. A king and queen have their own bathrooms with showers and sitting areas. Every floor and bedroom of this home is uniquely decorated with warmth and style.

*IMPORTANT NOTE RE PARKING: Overnight on-street parking is NOT permitted anywhere in Mt. Crested Butte. This vacation home comes with three (3) parking passes. You will be charged $200 per pass not left in the unit upon departure. If you have more than three vehicles, you MAY be able to purchase parking via Mountaineer Square or another neighboring hotel. This option is not guaranteed, as it is based on availability. Some spots are located in a heated, covered garage, others may be outside in a dirt parking lot. Both options are within easy walking distance to Casey's Slopeside. Pricing starts at $20 per night per parking spot.
