Hot tub - Additional charge is $100 per day of usage.

Please note: The fireplace is currently not operational. However, the home’s heating system is fully functional and available for your comfort. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost & Left Belongings Policy – Please check all personal items before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind and cannot arrange returns or shipping.

Additional Notes – While we strive to keep everything in working order, mechanical issues (AC, appliances, etc.) may occasionally occur. Please report any problems promptly, and we’ll address them as quickly as possible. No refunds or rent reductions will be provided for such issues or interruptions.
