- Pets are welcome for a `happy paws` $150 pet accommodation fee per pet. Fee must be paid in advance.

1. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste, excessive hair or no up-front payment of pet accommodation fee will result in additional cleaning charges.
2. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
3. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
4. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

- No Smoking in the house. Smoke, noise, and occupancy detectors are installed throughout the property.

** NO PARTIES, DISRUPTIVE OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE **
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.
