For your stay to be 5 stars, you need to take into account the following information:
-Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much!
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or washing services during it
