The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night, upon arrival you will find supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo and body soap, it is necessary to take into account that they are complimentary and if you want more for your stay we recommend that you include them in your purchases. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving with 24 hrs in advance. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -Linens are not changed during your stay. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -Parking is for one car only -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -Pets are not allowed -The capacity of the lodging counts babies, children and adults alike. -No guests allowed -The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls per person per night. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the holiday season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Kitchen and dining The kitchen provides everything needed for home cooking, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, blender, and dishes and silverware. Whether preparing quick snacks or relaxed meals, you can gather at the dining table or bring your plate out to the private patio or balcony furnished with outdoor seating. Outdoor living and resort access Being right next to the water makes it easy to enjoy shared beach access whenever you feel like heading to the sand. Beach essentials are provided so you can travel lightly. When you want to unwind, make use of the shared pool available all year or stop by the gym in the building. Sun loungers offer an inviting place to relax, and the waterfront setting creates a soothing backdrop throughout your stay. Property features and safety Free parking is available both on the premises and along the street, and building staff are present 24 hours a day for self check-in support. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access to enter the condominium and later in the Lobby you will receive your key to access the unit. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
