Unit B8 is a recently remodeled, fully furnished, 2nd floor corner unit, only steps to the beach and pool, with a gulf view from the lanai, offering accommodations for up to 6 people and ample parking. Escape to peace and serenity in this beautifully furnished condo at Sanibel Arms West. Your own private beach access awaits! Unit B8 feels like a home away from home, complete with a full kitchen, spacious living room, washer and dryer, beach towels and beach chairs, and two screened lanais. Sanibel Arms West offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals and bike paths, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. You can also unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island’s only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. For added convenience, there is an on-site rental office staffed Mon-Sat to assist you with your needs.

This condo seemed to be recently updated and the living room and kitchen were very nice. Super helpful and responsive management staff. Even though it was Spring break, our section of the beach was very chill and not crowded. Really loved our stay here!

Beautiful property with excellent proximity to beach. Love centralized place for beach chairs for community use. Screened porch was wonderful for early mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well appointed. Suggest adding more details to the listing about having two coffee pots, beach towels provided, etc. It would be great to connect the headboards to the twin beds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my adult children to Sanibel between Christmas and New Year's. We cam back to Sanibel after waiting for rebuild after the hurricane. Great beach access, great location (away from busy Periwinkle).
