Events may be organized at Casa Cinco Cerros with the assistance and coordination of the property owner, and must receive prior written approval. It is essential to respect the property's characteristics and limitations, and public events are strictly prohibited. We are happy to help you plan private celebrations, always within the established guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone.

Trash Disposal:
Garbage bags should not be left outside the accommodation. You may leave them inside, and our staff will remove them during the scheduled cleaning. You can also dispose of them in the bins indicated during the house tour.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed at Casa Cinco Cerros. Only service animals are permitted as required by law.

Use of Common Areas and House Systems:
At check-in, you will receive instructions for the proper use of the different areas and systems at Casa Cinco Cerros, including the pool, air conditioning, sound system, and televisions. Our team is always available to answer any questions or provide support during your stay. However, the proper use of these services is the sole responsibility of the guests.
If we receive a noise-related report, our staff may kindly ask you to lower the volume in order to ensure a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, in accordance with the law.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Excessive noise that could disturb neighbors is not allowed during this time.

Guest Access:
Guests not included in the original reservation are allowed, provided that the property owner is notified in advance. All primary guests must be registered at reception, and any additional visitors must be authorized to ensure proper control and safety within the property.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in enclosed common areas. Smoking is only permitted on terraces or in open common areas.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. If you would like to extend your departure time, we’ll be happy to accommodate you at no additional cost, as long as there is no incoming reservation immediately after yours. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.

Parking:
Although parking is not exclusive, Casa Cinco Cerros offers space directly in front of the property for up to two vehicles. There is also a public parking lot across the street, and we can help check its availability. Soon, we will have a designated parking area for our guests at the neighboring property.

House Rules and Incident Resolution:
Any form of discrimination is not permitted. Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during their stay.
We understand that accidents may happen. If any damage is caused to the property or its equipment or facilities, we kindly ask that you report it as soon as possible so we can work together to find a fair and practical solution. All relevant information is included in the welcome package.

Guest Registration:
All guests included in the reservation must register upon arrival by presenting an official ID, including minors.
