Guests enjoy access to a private dock just a 1–2 minute walk from the home—perfect for launching kayaks, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.

🚩 Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (Mandatory – Set by the HOA):
Amenity Fee: $8.50 per person, per day (ages 6+). Includes pools, lakes, clubhouse & more.
Gate Card: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20

We’ll handle the payment and registration with the community and send you a receipt. A payment request will be sent 3 days before check-in.

⚠️ Important Deadlines
Registration must be completed at least 4 days prior to arrival — no exceptions.
Late registrations (within 72 hours of arrival) incur a $100 fee.
Any changes or guest list adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in.

🐶 Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with a $125 flat fee
A 3rd pet may be allowed upon request for an additional $125

🔒 Home Damage Protection
Your total price includes a $50 damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay. This is a damage waiver, not insurance.

Prefer a fully refundable deposit instead? Message us before your stay and we`ll set up a $1,000 refundable security deposit instead — returned in full after checkout if no damage occurs.
