This little farmette was a passion project that I want to share with others! Nestled in Aiken horse country, this fully renovated three bedroom house offers a superb stay for guests. With 1 furnished bedroom featuring a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, you have the entire house to yourself. Relax in the cozy bedroom or unwind in the inviting living space, and use the kitchen! If you are in town for a work assignment, for school, or visiting friends/family, you’ll enjoy this bright, cheery space for a quiet stay. The filtered sunlight in the evening is beautiful! This home is listed for sale and may be shown during your stay. We will work with you on appointments in advance.

I am a California native, spent 18 years in NYC, and found Aiken due to my lifelong passion for horses. I would travel to Aiken from New York with my horses every winter, and moved here permanently in 2018. This little farmette was a passion project that I want to share with others!
