The Garage Lounge (Your Game-Day MVP): The heated, enclosed garage has a glass door with a direct sightline to Lambeau Field. Inside: sectional sofa, 75" wall-mounted TV, Packers décor, and party seating for 12+. Set up the snack table, fire up the TV, and the party begins before you've walked across the street to the game.

Main Living Room: Comfortable gray sectional, 2 accent chairs and a 65" smart TV on a media console—perfect for the pregame show, a halftime discussion, or a post-game movie.

PARKING
Two free off-street driveway spaces included with every stay. The enclosed garage is set up as the entertainment lounge and is not used for vehicle parking. Additional vehicles welcome for a small extra fee (up to 5 total).

HOUSE RULES
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Maximum 12 guests—do not exceed. No smoking inside the home or garage; backyard only. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM per local ordinance. Signed rental agreement and ID verification required via Happy Guest (simple secure website, no app). A $1,500 security hold (pending authorization, not a charge) or optional $49 damage waiver is required before arrival. One doorbell camera at the front door records motion.
