This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Designed with high-end finishes and a fully equipped kitchen, this is more than just a stay—it’s an experience.
Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys and the sight of colorful butterflies dancing outside your window. It is truly magical.
This is your sanctuary—a space to reconnect, recharge, and create unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to welcome you!
The space
What You’ll Love:
• 3 beautifully designed bedrooms with cloud-soft bedding for dreamy sleeps
* a luxe master bedroom with a walking closet and spacious bathroom
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner
• Spa-inspired bathrooms and an outdoor royal bathtub perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure
• A shared sparkling saltwater pool right outside your door— always welcoming for a splash or some sunbathing
• Gated private parking and plenty of space to make yourself at home
• Covered private patio for outdoor dining and hangout with your friends by the green garden
* Roof top yoga deck for your workout or sit with your friends to enjoy a stunning sunset and the lush view.
• Two outdoor showers, one of which has both hot and cold water.
• Walking distance to the river and the beach, a spot where sometimes it’s your own private beach with no one else there!
• Across the street from Naya Nosara for your daily yoga fix and local events events.
• Nestled on a hilltop toward the end of a “calle sin salida” or cul-de-sac, there is a refreshing reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the main roads in Guiones or Pelada (those areas can be quite loud!) , but close enough to access them quickly if desired.

The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill overlooking Playa Pelada beach.
There is a private pathway down to the beach, filled with monkeys and birds and butterflies.
It’s truly a magical experience to stay here.
