About this space
This large maisonette is located very close to the beach & restaurants, convenience shops & public transport. All rooms are spacious with excess of natural light. There is a private central courtyard & a sunny roof terrace with self irrigated plants & outdoor furniture. Sea can be seen from balconies. The rooms have air-conditioners for heating & cooling.
The space
Kitchen has Fans, Air-conditioning, fridge/freezer, gas oven, kettle, toaster and Smart LED TV (No cable or antenna). Number of board games children DVDs and books are freely available.

Two bedrooms are spacious, one with double bed the other with 2 single beds. Both bedroom have an air-conditioner. Main bathroom has shower, toilet and two wash hand basins and a washing machine. Hot water available in kitchen sink and bathroom.

Guests can enjoy an evening drink outside on the outside terraces (or yard) and relax on the deck chair and chairs.

The air-conditioning is included in the price. There is a high chair for children on request.
Guest access
The guests can access the apartment through an outside staircase that leads to the main door. There are stairs from the kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a large internal yard and there is one large and small terrace upstairs. The property overlooks two streets.
Other things to note
All guests have to show their ID cards or passports to the owners when they arrive on the premises.
