This Unique Southwestern Inspired Townhome is perfect for Guests looking for a Quiet and Relaxing Getaway with all the Comforts of Home in a 55 and Older Community. A Well Appointed Two Bedroom, Two Bath Townhome with Internet and Roku TV’s. The Arizona Room offers a Sofa Bed for extra Guests along with various Puzzles and Games. Large Private Patio offers Gorgeous Mountain and Desert Views, Seating for 6 and a Convenient Electric BBQ for Entertaining. Fall in love with Green Valley and enjoy all the Magic it has to offer! Golf Courses, Hiking Opportunities, Local Art and Historical Sites abound! Passes to GVR’s 15 Recreation Centers available for an additional fee. Includes 13 Pools and Spas, with one Salt Water Pool, 6 Fitness Centers, 36 Pickleball Courts, 17 Tennis Courts and so much more! 3 night Stays available May thru September. Snow Bird Rates Available for Extended Stays October thru April. Please note: This is a 55 and older Community. At least one guest is required to be 55 or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Nicely maintained property and great location. We were looking for a 3 bedroom which is a commodity and the arizona room made it happen. Nice patio and the furniture was also comfortable.

One of the best rentals we’ve had in years! Very spacious with Arizona room and large patio, well supplied kitchen, large closet with robes, comfortable beds, and walking distance to Desert Hills recreation center. Good communication with host. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is in a very good neighborhood & easy to find.The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, private & furnished with any amenity you need. The two owners/managers are always available to help you or answer any question you have.
